German speaking Coordinator to Klarna

The year was 2005 and e-commerce had long been precarious. With an idea to offer secure and simple payment solutions, Klarna was founded that same year. Five years have passed and we have grown to an ambitious and creative company of 350 employees. We have been awarded Company of the Year in -07 (bragging), increased our turnover by 13 570 % (statistics) and managed to become the Nordic market leader (facts). Klarna is partly owned by Investment AB Öresund and Sequoia Capital - a company that saw the same potential in Google, YouTube and Apple Computer, as they do in us. We think that is a good start. Working tasks We need to expand our Fraud & Security department and put together a team with German speaking collegues. Initially the team will consist of three motivated persons of which you will be responsible for. As Klarna grows on the German market the team will expand. Today the Fraud & Security department consists of 15 young dedicated people. We are Klarna s own detectives and our primary mission to prevent and manage fraud in all the countries that Klarna operates in. As a German coordinator in the Fraud & Security department you will develop procedures and provide ideas on how we can maintain our goal also in Germany, to offer our customers a safe and secure service. Working as a coordinator may include some travel to our office in Nuremberg where our German sales people work. Klarna gives you the opporunity to develope, learn and show of your skills. Requirements We are looking for a hungry person who thrive in a young company. You as an applicant should have a natural aptitude for problem solving and have a clever mind. Since we cooperate with authorities such as Police and prosecutors you will need to be able to express yourself perfectly in German, both orally and in writing. Klarna?s corporate language is English. As we continue to grow, communication is essential, and therefore it is very important that you are fluent in English.
