Tailor Store is looking for a German-speaking customer advisor/order administrator based at our office in Helsingborg, at a 75% minimum.
Tailor Store Sweden AB is an international e-commerce company that provides customers in over 30 countries with tailor-made garments.
Tailor Store was founded back in 2003, today we employ over 500 people, 25+ of which are located at our Helsingborg head office.
Tailor Store’s goal is to provide the world with tailored clothing and to be a part of the world's transition into sustainable fashion.
In the role of customer advisor, you will be a key player in a team of six people where you, together, are responsible for all customer contact and direct customer/order administration via email, phone, and video meetings.
This includes advice linked to the purchase of tailor-made products, delivery monitoring, and follow-up, all to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.
Incoming cases usually concern questions regarding fit, fabrics, deliveries, as well as our website.
Qualifications
Completed high school education
Previous experience within the field of customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
High-level computer skills
German is your first language
Proficient in English and/or Swedish
We believe that you are service oriented with an eye for detail. You appreciate having daily contact with customers and colleagues which contributes to a good working atmosphere throughout the team and company. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable using a computer and phone.
You are energetic and can prioritize even in periods when the workload is high. You take great responsibility for your work and want to excel.
