German speaking Customer Experience Agent to North Trampoline - Gothenburg

North Trampoline is a sports and lifestyle brand that develops and sells premium trampolines to families and athletes across Europe, North America and Australia. North Trampoline has grown to be one of the leading trampoline brands in the world. To achieve another great sales season, we need to add to our current Customer Experience team.

What you will be doing within the Customer Experience team
- Provide the best customer experience before, during and after the purchase
- Answer incoming emails and calls from our customers
- Advise customers on our product range
- Manage Claim and Returns

You will start your employment with a full introduction to the product range as well as systems training which will enable you to deliver world-class customer service to North Trampoline's customers.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a people’s person – this is the most important thing to us!
You are a positive, ambitious, and friendly person with great communication skills. You have great attention to detail and take pride in your work.
You will be working in our German Division who serve our German, Austrian and other Europe customers.
We are looking for:
German and English speaking. You need to be fluent in both languages, verbally and written.
Have excellent administrative skills.
Have good computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.
It is an advantage if you have worked within a customer experience role in your previous employments.
Are over 18 years of age.
Can work fulltime between 14th of March to the 19th of August



What can North Trampoline offer you?
We offer a seasonal, full-time position, starting March 14th to August 19th.
Standard workhours are 8:30am to 17:00pm, occasional additional work hours may be required.

North Trampoline are located in pleasant and beautiful turn-of-the-century premises in Gamlestan, Gothenburg, Rullagergatan 9, with proximity to good public transport connections. There are currently 25 colleagues who work within the office.
