The Customer Service department´s primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna´s customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. We are now looking for a Norwegian speaking agent to join our Customer Service. Your mission is to give our customers great service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail.
The Customer Service department is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. You´ll also be involved in different projects regarding routines and processes.
Success in this role means being a dedicated team member who inspires others through your work and personality. Your excellent service is a result of your will to always go the extra mile.
You are a driven and out-going person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. We are handling customer errands for different countries and we are now looking for agents who speak German.
