The role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will, together with your team, deliver exceptional service by acting as an expert and advisor to our customers all over the world.

You will be "the voice of the customer" within the company. This means that we expect you to keep the customers' perspective top of mind at all times in order to make a difference and improve the customers' overall experience.

The company is currently in an exciting expansion phase. That means that everyone working at Stronger is both expected and encouraged to act proactively, take responsibility, and work towards creating value in what we do at all times, independent of their role.

Who you are

As a person, you like to take responsibility, be independent, and at the same time see the value of working together as a team. In your daily work, you are expected to work at a high pace and be able to handle different situations that may come up both calmly and professionally.

You have at least 1-year of experience in customer service or a similar role. We use several different systems in our daily work, therefore you need to be used to working with different digital systems. Experience within Zendesk is meritorious. You have great communications skills, and you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Placement & Start Date

Due to the current situation, we're working both at the office and remotely. The office is located in the central part of Stockholm.
