Our German team consists of 11 great employees who work towards the German and Austrian markets. They all have different experiences with the common factor that everyone has previously worked with customer service. They are goal oriented, have a solution-focused approach and are proactive. We are now looking for you that are fluent in German, both speaking & writing, and possess similar experiences and qualities.
As a customer service agent, you have the following working tasks:
Interact with and assists customers over phone, email, chat and social media.
Handel complaints.
Participate in activities to develop the service department
Contribute to a great working atmosphere

Practical information
Initially from 1/8 2021 to 31/1 2022, with a good possibility of continuation
Full time position (40h per week)
Working hours: Monday-Friday and Sunday 8-17 (1-2 Sundays per month)
Location: Gothenburg, Sörredsvägen 111 or remotely (within Swedish borders). The introduction takes place at our office in Gothenburg for a week, where we cover your hotel cost.
Jollyroom is a Swedish corporate and the company language is Swedish. Therefore, you must understand Swedish.
