We are recruiting directly for a customer service representative to our client KW Parts, Europe´s leading supplier of American car parts. As a customer service representative at KW Parts, you will be part of a delightful and close-knit team of 11 people. About the Role
As a customer service representative, you will handle KW Parts´ corporate customers in the German market. You will handle cases that come in through phone and email, mainly involving customers in need of spare parts for American cars. In this role, you´ll be both supportive and advisory, ensuring that the customers receive a complete package with everything they need. Additional responsibilities include order processing, return follow-ups, administrative tasks, and upselling their high-quality and extensive product range. You will be based at their office in Kista, Stockholm and you will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Your tasks include:
• Support and provide advice to corporate customers via phone and email.
• Manage orders and follow up on returns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in German and English.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or administration.
• Good proficiency in systems and knowledge of the Office suite.
• Knowledge of Swedish is strongly preferred.
Interest in cars and automotive technology is a would be highly beneficial.

In the role of as customer service representative, you´ll be speaking with many customers daily, we see that you possess good communication skills and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You are motivated to provide first-class service, always putting the customer first and strive to deliver high-quality solutions. Therefore, you have a keen interest in solving problems to arrive at effective, quality solutions. This role would be particularly interesting to you who have an interest in automotives and cars!
Working Hours/Duration
Direct recruitment at KW Parts, with a period of six moths probation.
• Start: Immediately/As agreed.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 8–17. Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Location: KW Parts has its office in Kista, and for those interested, there is an opportunity to work from home one day a week.
