About the position
Perido is looking for a person who speaks both German and English fluently and wants to work for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions and is expanding globally. This job is positioned at the company’s office at Södermalm, but with possibilities of working remote.
Your daily tasks
In this role you’ll become a part of the company’s service center where you and your colleagues handle various requests regarding products and services. You’ll take care of escalated requests from 1st line partners or directly from the customer via email, chat or physical letters. You’ll mainly work with ticket handling of cases with defrauded customers. An onboarding process will be given the first few weeks to make sure you’ll get into the role as good as possible. Other tasks may occur as well with time. In this role your communicative and social skills will come to good use because of your daily contact with people both internally and externally.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with the right mindset for this mission, previous experience from a similar role is not a necessity. You are fluent in German as well as English, which are the two languages you will use in your daily work. You are driven as a person and love facing new challenges. You are detail-oriented and can handle sensitive data with care. Furthermore, we believe you are social, curious and a real problem solver.
