Are you fluent in German and are interested in digital marketing and sales? Do you want to launch services in a new market? Workaround is now looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to join their expansion journey and build their business in Germany!
ABOUT WORKAROUND
Workaround was founded in 2015 and is a digital marketplace for flexible offices. They are offering premium office matchmaking solutions to companies who are looking for serviced office solutions, primarily co-working. Workaround is active in Sweden and The Netherlands, with its head office located in Stockholm City. The team consists of 15 engaged and driven people with a mix of customer success, marketers and developers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Workaround will launch in Germany early next year you will be responsible for approaching the new market in two main ways:
Short term, your main focus will be to contact landlords (coworking spaces and flexible office providers) in Berlin that have space to let.
Your other focus area, which will be your primary focus over time, is to match companies looking for office space with landlords on our marketplace. You will work both with inbound leads and outbound sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Match companies searching for office space with landlords on our marketplace.
- Proactively approaching the new market in Germany by contacting landlords that could be interested in joining the marketplace
- Strive to steadily increase customer satisfaction, build relationships, and push the boundaries of the customer’s mindset
- Work with the tech, marketing and sales team to meet the customer expectations and growth opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You have previous experience of customer service, sales or customer success
- You have a great interest in building relationships and are as passionate about sales as you are about customer service
- You are fluent in German and you can communicate well in English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking
IT'S AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU
- Have lived in Berlin or have good knowledge of the city
- Have worked in a CRM system
