About the role
As German-speaking customer support you will receive and handle different errends both through phone and email in German and English, witch require that you are able to speak and write both languages. The position as German speaking customer support is located in Stockholm at a company in the e-commerce industry. You will be a part of the companys service support team and constantly work to improve the customer delight.
In your role as German-speaking customer support your main tasks will include:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Deliver high service
- Improve customer satisfaction
About you
We are looking for a candidate who want to work at an innovative e-commerce company and who are passionate about providing good service. If you have experience from customer service or other service profession before, we see it as meritorious but it is not a requirement. You have a good communication ability, are structured in your way of working and enjoy working with people.
Important for the role:
- Fluent in German and English, both speaking and writing
- Good computer skills
