German Speaking Customer Support Agent

Our international client in Lisbon is hiring German Speakers to join their team for a logistics-related project. If this position sounds like you, keep reading!

Responsibilities:
Processing pick-up orders.
Providing shipping information and quotations to customers.
Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery.
Assisting customers’ needs by ordering supplies, and issuing messages and complaints.
Effective use of internal systems and functions.
Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms.
Adhere to our processes and procedures.

Requirements
Native level of German
Fluent level of English (B2)
Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
