As a Customer Support Specialist at Xlash Cosmetics you will provide world class service to our costumers. In addition to actively working with customer service, the role also includes planning, follow-up, additional sales and to continuously pursue improvements around processes and routines.
You will play an important role in taking XLASH to the next level, which makes it important that you want to go the extra mile together with us. Everything you do will have a huge impact at this early stage in our company.
You will for example:
- Actively communicate with customers thru all of our platforms, that includes: Emails, Phone, Social media etc...
- Handle management, administration and optimization of re-orders, pre-orders, returns & complaints.
- Actively and proactively drive additional sales for all given customer contacts
- Establish functioning processes and routines for the company and anchor it with relevant functions.
- Drive improvements and put processes and routines in systems linked to Customer Service.
- Be up to date with current product information for XLASH's product portfolio and current marketing activities towards the customer.

- Communicative and have a good ability to always have the customer in focus to provide the best possible service and customer experience.
- Able to make quick decisions.
- Initiative, Calm, stable and controlled.
Qualifications:
- Documented experience of a similar role.
- High school education, preferably with post-secondary studies in a relevant field such as sales and market.
- General knowledge of Zendesk is an advantage, as well as general knowledge in backend/frontend.
- General knowledge of Karna merchant portal is an advantage
- Experience in general systems is a requirement, experience in business systems is desirable.
- Excellent Swedish, English and German in speech and writing.

The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period.
