We are looking for a German Speaking - Live Advisor to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.
What we offer you

Your benefits:
-Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
-Salary: 23,000 euros gross/year and bonus up to 4.000 euros gross/year

What you’ll experience with us
As a Live Advisor in our team, you will:
- Present on public, and internal facing video content.
- Present products’ features on a video call.
- Deliver excellent customer service on each call.
- Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase.
- Answer queries efficiently.
- Provide market related insights and feedback.
- Do scriptwriting and translations.
- Create and present training content.
- Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats.
- Support filming tasks as required including potential sporadic out of office hours
We’ll be a great match if you:
-Are native or proficient in German and fluent in English
-Are comfortable working in front of a camera
-Possess amazing communication skills
-Have previous customer service and/or sales experience
-Have experience within technology
-Possess a friendly and engaging personality
-Are comfortable working in a training and sales environment
-Feel comfortable demonstrating on a one to one and group basis
-Are self-motivated and positive
-Come with the desire to tackle challenges and change
-Are team-player
