OM TJÄNSTEN
Oatly’s customer base is growing and with this Oatly. The team that now consists of seven Fulfilment Specialist is looking for their eighth coworker. The team are working towards EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) but your focus as a German speaker will be towards Germany and Austria. You will have a key role in ensuring Oatly’s customers are always provided with Oatsome products as well as working with continuous improvements. This in order to make processes efficient and adapted to a high pace growth environment, giving a world class service every day.

Your main work tasks will:
* Handling orders for Germany and Austria
* Be responsible for the required documentation connected to the orders, e.g. customs documentation or other authority requests relevant for the market
* Control and ensure the customers receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right prices and with an all-time high service level
* Be responsible to keep standards, processes and routines within area of responsibility up to date
* Continuous work with improvements of the processes, drive efficiency and share best practice with the team
* Secure and drive the collaboration between the Fulfilment team and other internal and external stakeholders, e.g. warehouses, quality department and account managers
* Follow up service level and secure supply to key customers
* Close collaboration with all other functions within the Global Supply Chain Organisation and ongoing improvement projects within the company
* Follow up and contribute to relevant KPI’s and strategic goals

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Are fluent in English and German, Swedish a plus
* Have a Bachelor’s degree with in relevant field or has relevant working experience within similar work tasks
* Have experience with in customer service and have proven track record of successful collaboration with external partners and customers
* Have experience working in business system preferable ERP and much preferred Dynamics 365
* Have good skills within MS Office

* Start: As soon as possible
* Work extent: Fulltime, consulting assignment six months to start with. As long as all parties are satisfied with the collaboration and the need continues there are good chances of being extended on the mission
