Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll use your contacts in the areas of building, consulting, engineering and architecture to promote the sale of environmentally friendly green floorboards, railings, fences, claddings, floors, etc. The construction industry will help you to achieve outstanding performance in this role. You’ll have the ability to build long-term business relationships and build new business relationships with new accounts.
·      Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from our German customers
·      Follow up orders and ensure the customer will receive their goods in the requested time
·      Provide the customer with price offers and product information according to their requests
·      Taking care of logistic tasks such as booking transports / pick-ups
·      Communicating with the other departments at the company but also our warehouses in Germany and Holland
·      Taking part in exhibitions
·      Translation tasks might be relevant from time to time


To apply for this position, you should have the following knowledge and skills:


·      A proven track record in the construction industry.
·      Advanced relationship building and business development skills.
·      Ability to work with all levels of the construction industry.
·      Fluent language skill in German and English, Swedish is a plus




You will be particularly preferred if you also have:


·      Existing contacts in the building / architecture room.
·      Experience with interior / exterior floors, decking, fencing especially WPC.
