Skydda Group, part of Bergman & Beving's division Workplace Safety, is now recruiting a proactive and collaborative German speaking Sales & Coordination Leader (Do It Yourself). The position could be based in Denmark or in southern Sweden. Would you like to work both with a strategic and operational focus? About the position
You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment. You will work with professional and dedicated teams in the Nordics and Germany with a high focus on sales growth in the German market.

You will have many contacts, both externally to customers and partners and internally within the Bergman & Beving group.

The Sales & Coordination Leader is responsible to continuously secure fully replenished shelves in stores, product appearance and new orders placed throughout their designated geographic area.

By working closely with both customer and internal support functions, you secure the promotion of products, the graphic guidelines and store fulfilment that will support increased sales over time.

You will be responsible for coordinating operational tasks in the stores and build up partnership with the store leaders. You will train and develop the Merchandisers in your regions.

Your team consists of Merchandisers, both internal and external. You are working in close collaboration with our Customer support, Supply chain, Marketing and Finance department.

This position involves overall and total business responsibility for store replenishment, including:

• Visit designated stores on a regular basis decided by the Sales Manager DIY
• Be the main sales contact for the local stores, store managers, merchandisers, external consultants and ambassador for Skydda Group/Bergman & Beving Safety AB
• Responsible for overall communication and planning for the internal merchandisers and external consultants
• Actively support our customer to continuous increased sales in stores
• Store replenishment for designated areas in stores, e.g. PPE-area, B2B & Garden. Cleaning the area, refilling products and make new order for coming deliveries.
• Creating and/or organizing events, promotions and advertising campaigns together with Sales Manager DIY
• Find spots in stores for local campaigns, e,g. check out area, campaign areas and so on.
• Find cross selling areas in store to spread our assortment, e.g. gloves/glasses with tools etc.
• Constantly evaluate products that are not selling as expected. Change products, planograms or way of display in cooperation with Sales Manager DIY
• Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
• In charge of leading the practical work of building up new stores in other countries and secure the right planograms together with the Merchandising team in each country

The position requires traveling approximately 120-150 days per year.

You will report to Sales Manager DIY.

Your profile
We believe that you have at least 5 years of relevant experience from retail, sales, DIY and/or international sales. You have a proven track record of achieving growth.

You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken, preferably also in Danish or Swedish. If you speak other European languages it is meritorious. It is an advantage if you have profound Excel experience.

To be successful in the position you are good at building and maintaining contacts and credibility with customers as well as with partners and co-workers. You have excellent stakeholder, project management and negotiation skills.

You are also proactive, analytical, professional and well-structured with integrity and a good judgement. Moreover, you have a holistic view and understand both Skydda Group’s overall interests as well as customer needs. You can build rewarding collaborations externally and internally. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, are also required.
