A great customer journey is the key for a successful company and as a first point of contact it’s expected of you to deliver top class customer service. You will be an important part in the Sales Team of 16 awesome colleagues where your primary focus is to handle the German speaking markets.
The main goal is great sales and superb customer satisfaction. You achieve this by handling daily inflow of calls, chats and emails from LSbolagen’s e-commerce sites. Therefore your primary work tools are phone and email.


Your main tasks:
Communicate with clients in German, both verbally and in writing
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships



The role is a full time position and is placed at our clients office in Ängelholm, for the right person there are opportunities to work partly from home.


If you can tick all the bullet points below then your chances of becoming LSbolagen’s new Sales Representative are very promising!
You speak and write German and Swedish or English fluently, (additional language such as French is meritorious)
You are triggered by sales, passionate about customer service and used to taking responsibility.
You have good communication skills and are a team player, even if you are able to work independently.
You see yourself as accurate and structured.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
