We are looking for a talented and accomplished German speaking Sales Team Manager/Quality Analyst to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client / corporate goals, and for coaching and motivating advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job.
As a Sales Team Manager/Quality Analyst in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Manage a sales team by coaching, developing and motivating sales Advisors
Continuously work to provide to Advisors the skills and knowledge to perform their job, together with opportunities for skills expansion and career development
Apply a process of continuous review and proactive management of absenteeism and attrition for all Advisors in the team, ensuring return to work and exit interviews are completed
Continually review and monitor work performance of all Advisors against agreed sales KPI’s, instigating appropriate corrective action, using performance management tools to manage any shortfall
Undertake formal quarterly performance reviews and 1:1 monthly meetings with each Advisor, ensuring objectives are continuously reviewed and linked to business sales KPI’s
Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for outstanding achievements/performance in line with company mission and values
Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing ideas and best practice
Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where Advisors are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company;
ensure actions from employee satisfaction survey are implemented and continuously reviewed
Ensure accurate and timely communication of any client/campaign issues to Operations Manager
Ensure that all sales advisor’s shifts correct registered to control worked hours as for wage accounting
Ensure appropriate actions are taken to increase client sales
Drive sales number growth by constant project follow up activities
Continuously monitor agent calls in line with GOS, either via side by side or remote monitoring, across a sample of transaction types, ensuring performance metrics are consistently achieved
Monitor Sales Advisors’ performance on a daily basis, by taping, listening to, reviewing and evaluating calls
Provide appropriate feedback to Sales Advisors on quality of service to ensure adherence to procedures and scripts, with the aim to increase sales in all aspects and to ensure consultative selling practices
Preparation of reports according to defined qualitative and quantitative specifications of the client
Implementation of short sales and communication trainings and measures
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Fluent English (C1 verbal and written communication skills)
Fluent in German (C1 verbal and written communication skills)
Previous experience as a B2B sales advisor and/or other sales roles
Ability to travel for training purposes
Good organization / time management skills
Strong Sales skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
Ability to influence behavior
Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Coaching skills
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
Be located in Athens, Greece
Knowledge/abilities
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
Effective management of time
Experience of relevant sales training and sales coaching techniques
Very good listening skills
Ability to provide feedback in a positive, objective and supportive manner
Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook etc)
Education and experience
College degree or directly related work experience
Essential minimum of 6 months call center experience in a sales project or 6 months experience in sales environment
Previous training/coaching experience would be an advantage
