About the position
Perido is looking for a Staffing administrator for our partner, a large successful fintech company that develops smart and simple payment solutions. Their goal is to improve the online shopping experience for consumers and retailers worldwide. In your role you will assist the Staffing Mobility Team and be responsible for the German speaking market. The office is situated in the central of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will support the employees with mobility for candidates that will start working. This includes being responsible for the relocation process and immigration process. More specifically, your tasks include:
Letters of Guarantee
Confirmation of employment letters and employment certificates
Invoices coordination
Jira coordination (and answering tickets themselves if possible)
Upload work permits and edit immigration information
Payroll reporting of shipping allowance



Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you are team oriented, a good communicator and a detail-oriented person. We hope that you have great administrative skills and want to work in a structured way.

Requirements
Post-secondary education in relevant field
General computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and German

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2022-01-17. Start as soon as possible.
