Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior German-speaking Support Technician to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Provide 1st line IT support services in German to internal employees and colleagues.
Resolve technical issues and offer problem-solving assistance via email, telephone, and in-person.
Contribute to the dynamic nature of the role, experiencing varied workdays, and enhancing your technical skills.
Act as a technical support resource for internal employees.
Share technical knowledge and expertise.
Identify and address software and hardware problems.
Escalate cases to 2nd or 3rd line support when necessary.
Create and manage knowledge base (KB) articles.
What you bring:
Previous experience in a service desk or help desk role, including working with a case management system.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365.
Fluency in German is required for this role.
