About the position
Perido is looking for a person who speaks both German and English fluently and wants to work for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions and is expanding globally. This job is positioned at the company’s office at Södermalm.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will become a part of the company’s service center where you and your colleagues handle various requests regarding products and services to the consumers and merchants. You will communicate by phone, chat and email in a helpful and kindhearted tone. In this role your communicative and social skills will come to good use because of your daily contact with people both internally and externally.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with previous experience within support or administration. You are fluent in German as well as English, which are the two languages you will use in your daily work. You are driven as a person and love facing new challenges. Furthermore, we believe you are social, driven and a real problem solver.
If you have a passion for helping customers and finding solutions this could be the perfect job for you!
