German-Speaking Working Team Leader

We are looking for a German-Speaking Working Team Leader to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:
-Full-time contract, 39 hours/week:Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
-Base salary of 23 000 Euros gross/year + up to 3000 Euros gross/year in bonus bonus

What you’ll experience with us
As a Working Team Leader in our team, you will:
- Participate in communications with the client
- Support Advisors by solving queries
- Review and improve case handling flow
- Keep track of case handling with time management
- Handle and solve cases
- Monitor and report team performance
- Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work
- Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members
- Report productivity metrics to the team and management daily
- Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in German and intermediate English
- Have experience in customer care environment
- Have leadership skills
- Have working knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM, IT equipment and applications: MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills
- Have experience working with Product and Engineering Teams in a SaaS environment is a plus
- Can adapt quickly to new software and constantly changing business requirements
- Have experience with E-Commerce and ERP systems is beneficial as well
It will be a plus if you:
- Have been a founder yourself and know the pains of a small business
- Have experience of work under pressure and deadlines and coaching experience
- Know how to delegate tasks
- Have problem solving and reactivity abilities
