Treasury Operations Manager

As we are planning the spin off and list of our division Patient and Post-Acute Care (PPAC), also known under the brand name ArjoHuntleigh, we are successively building up the new spin off organization. Therefore we are recruiting a Treasury Operational Manager who will be a key player in this new set up, interfacing with many different stakeholders inside and outside the organization. The Position

In this position you will be responsible for daily treasury activities such as, intercompany loan and deposit agreements, cash forecasting and liquidity management and accounting of treasury related activities, as well as initiate and lead efficiency projects within Group Treasury.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Manage daily treasury payments, intercompany loan and deposit agreements including reconciliation
• Setting up and managing Cash Pooling arrangements,
• Setting up and managing Treasury Management Systems
• Treasury accounting and reporting for both internal and external purposes
• Keeping up to date with changes in treasury standards and practice
• Be a part of the strategic development of the Group Treasury, including continuous improvement activites, executing country reviews and streamlining of procedures
• Undertake a variety of independent projects within treasury and cash management and provide support to the VP Group Treasury

The position is located at our Head office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the VP Group Treasury. You will work closely with the entire Treasury team as well as other corporate departments. Since you will have a global scope, international travel is part of the role and estimated to 25 days on an annual basis.


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for you to have the following experience:

• Academic degree within Finance, Business or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years' related experience within Treasury Operations Management, preferably gained in a large international corporate treasury setting or from a bank environment
• Documented experience in Treasury Management Systems and Cash Pool management is required
• A track record of successfully working with banks is highly desirable
• Fluent proficiency in English, written and spoken, is necessary

The successful Treasury Operations Manager is likely to be a self-motivated team-player who drives results and takes responsibility. An analytical mind-set, a good sense of structure and a confident way of working are key factors in order to succeed in this role. You possess the ability to multi-task, to think critically and function independently. Furthermore it is important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external parties. A professional approach and a high level of business acumen is expected at all times.
