We are now looking for someone who wants to develop and be responsible for one of Nolato Silikonteknik's largest customers in the Telecom segment.

About the role
As Global Account Manager, you are offered a challenging job in a dynamic and international company. You will lead and guide cross-functional teams (Key Account Managers, Field application engineers and to some extent R&D resources) in Europe, China, US and India. You will also lead global price- and contract negotiations and be responsible for the global budget of (at least) one of Nolato's largest customers.

One of your main tasks is to develop and nurture one of Nolato's key customers in segment Telecom in a business-wise and strategic way. You are expected to manage and develop new paths of collaboration and project manage the technology and the market, both in terms of existing products and new applications. Understanding the customer's need and development potential is an important part of the role.

As Global Key Account Manager at Nolato Silikonteknik, it also includes following and managing the business during the entire project and production phase. You collaborate closely with the technology and project teams, research and development, production, supply chain and quality. You work continuously with proactive problem solving and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the customer's development and R&D departments as well as sourcing and logistics.

You will be setting and managing the strategic direction without losing an eye for details, i.e developing the strategic account plan as well as handling the day to day business.

You will travel mainly in Sweden and Europe and a couple of times a year to North America and Asia.

Qualifications
You have a relevant background with a technical and/or commercial focus and experience from working internationally. You are results-oriented, pro-active and driven by building relationships and doing business. You are used to working towards set goals and see this as a challenge. To succeed in this role, you must have a close collaboration and high presence with the customer.

To thrive, you should be unpretentious, humble, and used to working with different types of people. Furthermore, we see that you are structured in your way of working and used to working with continuous reporting and follow-up.

You communicate freely in Swedish and English. Other languages are meritorious.
