As a Global Account Manager Volvo/Geely, Region Europe at ZF, you will be responsible for developing relationships with national and international clients for ZF, with the goal of reaching global sales revenue goals by targeting specific accounts.
Your responsibilities in this role will include mainly the following tasks:
· Responsibility for sales resources dedicated to your area of responsibility.
· Recruit, train and manage a team of dedicated account managers globally.
· Be the connection link between product strategy division and customer strategy marketing.
· Manage the account to drive profitable and long-term revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction.
· Take care of an effective service delivery, renewal of existing business and the identification of major new sales opportunities.
To succeed as a Global Account Manager for Volvo/Geely, you need to be fluent in Mandarin and English and it’s preferable if you speak some Swedish as well.
It is also a must to have a deep understanding of the automotive business, market trends, innovation and financial KPIs as well as the ability to manage a global team and experience of at least 8-10 years in team management
Required skills and experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong network into China
• Bachelor´s degree in Automotive Engineering or Business Administration
• Ideally experience from working with Geely for more than 5 years
• Good understanding of Chinese and Swedish culture
• Ability to manage a global team and experience of at least 8-10 years in team management
• Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation and financial KPIs
• 10 years experience in Automotive Business
