As a Telco Global Account Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies at Amazon Web Services. Please note, this role is based in Sweden, and that AWS supports relocation where required. You will be responsible for building CXO relationship with Executives of Telco operators who are mapped to our Telco Independent Business Unit (IBU), and are responsible for generating demand for the AWS services mainly on existing and potential accounts that join the IBU. Your goal is to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue quota. Responsibilities
-Meet or exceed pipeline generation, revenue quotas and metric goals
- Establish key relationships, prospecting techniques, pipeline and account management for telco operators within the Telco IBU
-Drive campaigns, and programs execution
-Develop strategic territory plans for your coverage territory
-Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, work strategically with partners to extend reach
-Collaborate with the Telco Global Account Managers (GAMs), Channel, Marketing, Business Development, Solution Architects etc. functions on key initiatives
-Maintain a high degree of operational excellence through leads follow up, pipeline reviews, and prospecting into new accounts within the Telco IBU.
-Present regular, accurate reports for management for review
-Provide feedback and suggestions for program and services improvement on a regular basis Basic qualifications
-Excellent command of English and Swedish
-MBA/University Degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive technology related sales or business development experience
-Proven experience of delivering results covering Telco accounts of similar complexity
-Experience in creating, running strategic sales campaigns and success in new account acquisition
-Creative, self-starter, directing, and supporting a team with highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, accurate and concise reporting
Preferred qualifications
-Experience in cloud sales
- Experience in Telco sales
-Proven Track record for exceeding expectations within similar domains
