YOU WILL
As a Global Aftermarket Developer at CIDAN Machinery Group you will be responsible for globally ensuring that all service technicians and resellers are working according to set routines and instructions. You will set up routines for each machine type, coordinate educations for service technicians and resellers and create guidelines for our sales team. You will establish instructions for FAT and SAT on our machines, lead improvement projects for the aftermarket and be involved in product development. Furthermore, you will be responsible that all the documentation is updated and accessible, this to secure that the process is streamlined and secure globally. You will play a key role in the organization.
The position is located at the head office in Götene, and you will report to Global Aftermarket Manager.
YOU ARE
To be able to take on this role, we see that you have at least 3 years of work experience from a similar position, preferably within manufacturing industry. You enjoy working internationally as much as you fit into the organization locally in Götene. You are passionate about both technology and problem solving. As a person, we see that you are fearless, without prestige and have the ability to discover flaws which you then develop for the better. We believe that you are driven to deliver quality in everything you do and if you come across something you don't already know, you want to curiously and purposefully learn more. You don't mind working independently, but you thrive best in close cooperation with your team.
Furthermore, you have:
- Technical University education or relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Driver’s license
- Computer skills, preferably used to handling deviations documentation system and experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience of working with improvement work/quality management systems
- The ability to travel
It is meritorious if you:
- Have leadership skills and experience are valuable
- Speak German
