Hello my new coworkers and Specialists in the Global and Regional Learning and Development Team!
It’s getting busy here and I need someone by my side (read: in my team) who is hungry and eager to work with learning and development (L&D) globally and regionally in a company that nurtures a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

I really appreciate that you want to work with our business to secure high performing teams and individuals. As a Global and Regional Learning and Development Specialist at Epiroc you will have daily opportunities to learn and inspire those around you and you will be surrounded by colleagues who are motivated to have an impact through driving results.


So what is it that I need you to do?

Well first of all I will ask you to collaborate with Councils and business stakeholders to create learning activities and evaluate offerings to close global & regional business needs. And also of course this will include future proofing Epiroc in terms of upskilling, reskilling and safeguarding the strategic business direction.

Then, to ensure the expertise and pedagogic level as well as the commitment to Epiroc culture, values and L&D practices, I want you to drive the L&D activity lifecycle in line with Epiroc business strategies. All in close collaboration with the business, Operational HR and Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE).

Since you know the importance of staying in front in methods of learning and ways of working you keep track on what’s trending and constantly drive improvement in processes. To achieve further efficiencies you use digitization and agile methodology as an enabler and you continuously review learning activity offerings, negotiate contracts and investments to maximize use of resources.

Further I really appreciate your efforts to empower employees to succeed with their L&D goals by personalizing and optimizing the user experience. You will work in a very friendly, open minded and collaborative team that wants to put L&D in the lead when it comes to Digital Learning, use of LinkedIn Learning, Coursera and the global Learning and Development platform. Through e.g. networking, collaboration, involvement in different projects for changes and process improvements you innovate, influence and drive the buildup of a continuous learning culture.

To succeed you have a bachelor’s degree in relevant area, e.g. Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar. You have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role and knowledge of pedagogics and effective L&D methods alongside with experience from project management and budgeting.

Experience from sales and marketing, communication and/or change management is desirable. It’s beneficial if you’re familiar with e-learning platforms authoring tools and/or cloud based HR systems as well as content providers. Also, you need to be proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint. 

For both the Global and Regional Learning & Development Specialist it’s required that your English is fluent and you possess knowledge in agile methods.

For the Regional L&D Specialist it is also required that your Swedish is fluent and if you also have good knowledge in Norwegian or Finnish it is a big plus.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
