If so, then Parts and Services division at Epiroc is looking for you to join our global Process and Applications team!
Your mission
As a Global Application Specialist, your mission will be to support Customer Centers using key service applications and drive improved usage by responding to open user issues, driving training activities and application usage monitoring. You will develop our knowledge base and training materials to improve user experience, effectiveness and efficiency. You will collaborate and support Application Managers, stakeholders and the global user network in queries and may collaborate in project work with Customer Centres and Production Centres.
This permanent position will report to the Process and Application Manager (Service-to-Close).
Your profile
You need to be service-minded and have good people skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is a prerequisite to being successful and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
We presume you have a higher education degree or equivalent through work experience. You also have previous knowledge in one or more areas of fleet, equipment and/or service. You have software experience in one or more of these areas: Microsoft Office, service applications and/or ERP.
As a person, you enjoy communicating, exchanging knowledge and “Dare to think new”. You are eager to learn, self-driven, and organized. You collaborate well in virtual environments.

Location and travel
The location for this role is preferably Örebro, but other locations may be considered. Occasional travel would be required in this role.
