Global Bid Manager

Role and responsibilities
As our Global Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-of-end bid process by coordinating stakeholders with relevant knowledge and mandate required to prepare a winning bid.
Your days will be filled with:
Manage and coordinate a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and operations
Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues related to the tenders through the help of subject matter experts and other key stakeholders
Ensure high quality, compliant and timely delivery of competitive tender bids.
Prepare and review all aspects of the bid, ensuring all services and scope are clearly defined
Risk tracking and risk management throughout the tender bid process
Ensure solid communication to all internal stakeholders throughout the bid process
Develop a process with the aim to reduce duplication and drive accountability
Have frequent international contacts with colleagues and clients


To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
+3 years of experience within Bid Management
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Excellent project management skills
Excellent English, additional languages meritorious
A degree in business, communication, law or other relevant field
International experience meritorious
Experience from the Automotive industry meritorious
