Job Description
We are now looking for a Global Brand Controller (CFO) to join H&M Move
As Brand Controller you are responsible for global controlling at H&M Move. Your role is similar to that of a CFO and will play an essential part in continuing to build our new brand and securing its future growth and profitability. You are a key member of the Management team, working closely with General Manager to set and follow up the brand agenda, defining strategies, executing key initiatives and developing the business. You ensure that decisions are analytically solid and that the overall structure is well defined.
The assignment and focus areas include:
Responsibility for the budgeting process and the build-up of the brand’s long-term strategic plan including financial target setting and expansion
Actively monitor that budgets and key initiatives are achieved as planned including controlling cash flow and CAPEX/investment levels
Drive logistical and operational initiatives as well as coordinate brand related system development projects enabling growth and profitability
Support the management team through proactive analysis and follow up of revenue and profitability to identify and pursue improvement opportunities
Be a role model for all team members within and outside the brand as well as developing your own team

In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following:
Experience from roles as CFO, senior controller or similar roles in the retail industry and including operational and hands-on responsibilities
Extensive experience of driving business growth throughout multiple touch points with strong results.
Proven leadership track record on a growth journey
Preferably experience from various organizations within the H&M Group
Experience from international and cross-functional collaborations, 360 understanding of the business.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and likes to build and develop the business as if it was your own
Action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements.

Additional Information
This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based in Stockholm. You will report to Simon Brown, General Manager H&M Move.
