Global Business Analytics Analyst

Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Global Business Analytics Analyst to be based ideally in our Gothenburg HQ, but we are open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.
As part of our Commercial Excellence team you will be part of creating the next generation of data-powered decision-making processes. You will ather data and then apply scientific techniques to business problems and products. You will develop and deploy analytic models into live applications.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and drive deep technical expertise in solving real world business problems through mapping out data in a simple yet clear way.
Collaborate with other team members both within and outside the data science team.
Bring and apply deep knowledge of data analytical tools to bring Mölnlycke to the forefront of data based decision making
Managing multiple projects within the area of expertise
Act as an SME on the floor and help build BA tools
Preparing monthly sprint plans, prioritising requests from partner product teams
Partnering with the product team to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement
Translating data into actionable insights for the stakeholders and visualize through applicable tools and techniques.
Automate reporting for weekly business metrics, identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses
Develop business case through business analysis and process mapping to suggest continuous improvement within the area. Implement agreed improvements through team facilitation and business process redesigning.
Implement new systems through requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support

Profile:
A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software or consulting industry
8+ years professional experience in Data Analytics and mathematical modeling
Experience in Text Analytics engines
Experience working for leading technology consulting companies
Enterprise-level business project experience
Practical cross functional experience within marketing, sales, finance, global and local markets
High proficiency in English language
Knowledge of Data Warehousing

This is a role which will require a lot of communication and coordination with a variety of stakeholders across the world. We require you therefroe to have excellent communication and presentation skills to sit along side your technical expertise.
