Do you have a strong interest and knowledge in risk management and business continuity combined with experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech supply industry? Then you may be the person we are looking for to lead Cytiva’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) program and its strategy. The position is part of the Cytiva’s Bioprocess Security of Supply (SoS) team.
What you’ll do
Drive BCM engagement across the organization, coordinate activities and align priorities both internally and externally.
Own the global BCM training program for the GSC sites, including supporting implementation and annual audits of the ISO legislation.
Gain a detailed understanding of customer needs within BCM to further improve the program.
Build a positive customer experience, representing the business internally supporting the commercial teams in customer interactions, conferences and trade shows.
Develop and communicate a clear and comprehensive business strategy based on market trends and the competitive landscape.
Lead, and report to regular SoS updates to regions and customers, set path together with the strategic accounts to get SoS - a prioritized topic on customer’s agenda and ensure they enter the BCM/SoS review program.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Biotechnology or other Life Science related field.
Certified ISO22301 Lead Implementer, MBCI (Member of Business Continuity Institute), MBCP (Master Business Continuity Planner) are preferred certifications.
Having lead and deveopled a business continuity program in an industrial/governmental/business company or equivalent, in a global environment
5+ years working experience from roles in supply chain, sourcing, or related.
Experience from direct interaction with customers and industry peers, preferably within pharma or biotech. Strong ability to understand customer needs and how the company can help meet these.
The ability to travel globally.
Fluency in English, written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
