About the job
In this position, you’re a member of our Seco Business Control team – supporting our CFO, Seco Management Group (SMG) and other key stakeholders with efficient, reliable and proactive financial support and analysis. A key focus area in your work is performance management, and you take an active part in decisions affecting the business: making numbers talk by communicating relevant financial analysis. The work includes analyzing our Divisional reporting, ensuring that the analysis we present is accurate and insightful.
Your daily tasks vary and include monthly and quarterly consolidations with focus on the balance sheet and investments, coordinating the financial planning process as well as being part of global projects and ad-hoc analysis. We strive to find new, digital ways of working to ensure more effective, on-point processes that secures quality and an automated workflow. In this position you have a central role in providing administration support and development of our Finance IT tool Mercur, a system used for financial analysis and planning process – to continuously improve our working methods.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Finance or Business Administration, combined with at least a few years’ working experience – preferably from a global company. You are comfortable working with Excel and other analysis tools, experience working with PowerBI, Mercur and either SAP or BPC is beneficial. You have the ability to create successful networks with our stakeholders. We are a global business, which calls for fluency in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

Your understanding of the business helps you spot irregularities and ask the right questions. You have a natural talent for analyzing financial data and translating this into clear facts. Keeping one ear to the ground, while still grasping the bigger picture is an important feature of your character, and you’re self-motivated and result driven. To work with system development excites you, and you use your good communication skills to create great collaborations.
