Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Packaging Material lifecycle management (OFPM LCM) process is an important enabler to ensure our Packaging Material production equipment has the required reliability and availability and is performing to agreed standards. The LCM process covers areas as maintenance, spare parts management, obsolescence, safety & legal and asset management.
The Global Business Expert Maintenance role is hosted in the Industrial Base Engineering (IBE) within Development & Technology (D&T) organization and belongs to the team of Asset Management. It is a central role working with development and improvement of the Maintenance process (including Spare parts management) towards Packaging Material factories and within the IBE organization.
Furthermore, the role connects the maintenance execution in Packaging Material factories with the maintenance development in IBE and suppliers.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden and will require approximately 10% travelling.
What you will do
As Global Business Expert Maintenance, you will:
Drive and develop the Global Maintenance process including tools towards Packaging Material factories and within D&T IBE, in collaboration with the WCM AM/PM MasterPillar
Drive the Standard Maintenance Framework within IBE
Support the IBE organization with Maintenance expertise and build Maintenance capabilities within IBE
Define and implement Maintenance standards and guidelines
Drive Maintenance requirements in development activities
Drive and develop the Global Spare Parts Management process towards Packaging Material factories and within D&T IBE
Drive the Global Governance of the LCM process, together with regional LCM Process drivers
Drive the IBE Maintenance Expert Network
Drive external benchmarking in the area
We believe you have
For this position we are looking for a person who has a strong analytical as well as structured mindset with excellent planning and scheduling abilities for multitasking and prioritization. You have a self-starter attitude, a drive for results and always strive for excellence when delivering results. It is also necessary that you have ability to work in a multinational setup and with great skills in communicating with and influencing stakeholders across different functions and geographies. Of course, you are a good listener and are able to coach others.
We believe that the successful candidate has a university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. It is required that you have solid experience from the maintenance area, with proven work experience as at least Maintenance manager or similar. Preferably you have experience of Packaging material production within Tetra Pak and experience from Process development and improvements is desirable.
Since you in this position for sure will work in a global environment, you must have excellent English skills both in verbal and in written communication.
