We are looking for someone that will fulfill following role:


Overall Purpose:
Ability to understand our industry, structure and analyze information on different business intelligence related topics (markets, competitors, industry…)
Further support our 7 key strategic priorities with a specific focus on China region and enhanced collaboration with key regional stakeholders
Ability to understand the essence of the information or data captured and capability to present it in a clear, structured and curated visual format
Support our key stakeholders in their usage of satisfaction surveys by proposing relevant improvements in the way to use and activate the data
Organize diffusion of information internally through different formats and tools to create value for all key decision makers in the most efficient way.


Main responsibilities:
Review, update and run the CSS surveys making sure they keep relevant and measure the strategic key focus areas, ensuring consistency between regions and making sure long-term trends can be analyzed.
Build and develop full interactive dashboards combining different sources of information and types of data using Power BI tool.
Ensure processes are in place so to feed the dashboard automatically on an on-going basis with up-to-date information
Implement and run a tracking tool on competitors’ activities on social media with a specific focus, but not limited to, our key Chinese competitors on local social media (WeChat…).
Identify how to optimize its reporting and implement these recommendations
Investigate potential ways to link survey results with other types of information captured within Business Intelligence department (Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence…) and integrate them into compelling narratives
Play an active role within the Global Business Intelligence team to support other team members in their activities and propose new ways to improve department outcomes and ways of working


Key Skills:
Strong analytical and data management capabilities, highly computer literate
Advanced knowledge of Power BI tool is a key plus
Ability to structure complex information in an easy-to-understand way for non-expert users
Project/Program management capabilities
Always open to new initiatives
Good communication skills
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese. Additional languages are a plus.
Ability to build internal networks, develop relationships
Self-motivation and initiative to perform the job with minimal supervision

Develop your skills to turn facts & figures into compelling stories, giving meaning and relevance to the information you prepare and share
Further develop your ability to network with different stakeholder and adapt to their respective needs, being able to “speak” their own language (ability to discuss “technical” aspects as much as “marketing/sales” concepts)
