In this role you will act as Global Business Line Controller in Ports Business line. You will be a business partner to the Global Business Line Managers, optimizing the financial performance within the Business Line across the countries. You will be supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data, evaluating various business alternatives and recommending the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities
Responsibility of the financial management for a Global Business Line which has a full P&L responsibility.
Financial reporting for Global Business Lines including monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting.
Support in ensuring that a company governance model and internal controls are in place and implemented in the units.
Being member of the Global Business Line Management team.
Monitoring business performance and providing insights and analysis for supporting operational decision-making.
Assessing business risk exposure and defining risk mitigation strategies for reducing impact on business performance and ensuring that risk management processes are consistently implemented.
Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency and developing forward looking analytics across functions for ensuring faster & transparent decision making.
Managing and closely monitoring the cash flow and taking action to improve Net Working Capital.
Effectively communicating and interacting within own network and interest groups proactively, whenever possible and needed.
Ensuring all execution activities strictly adhere to HSE and business compliance standards, requirements and regulations for ensuring a safe and informed community.



Your background
Master’s degree in Accounting/Management Accounting
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Controlling roles, preferably in a global setting
Project controlling experience will be preferred
Excellent knowledge of processes and tools in finance with strong business acumen
Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment
Good collaboration and communications skills
Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills
