Global Business Process Specialist

Your mission 
You will work with business to align requirements between the sites, if applicable and work with other functions to secure cross functional fit.

In this position you will design process to be aligned with Supply Chain area.

The role also includes long-term ownership and continuous improvement of those processes, focusing on SIM app (in house built application for consignment stocks) 

Your mission is to secure implementation of continuous improvements and best practices within the supply chain area. This is a multinational position in which you will travel a lot globally.

We expect you to validate business benefit of the change/ improvement.

Work with technical team to support development, testing and deployment.

Support business with “how to” questions, development of the training material.

Your profile
We see that you have a university degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. 

You need some years’ experience in Supply Chain management (such as planning and warehousing, transportation and/or order management is a plus).

Experience in Warehouse management systems and transport management is a plus.

ERP roll out experience is a plus.

You are a curious and flexible person, driven by a fast-paced environment with an innovative and problem-solving attitude. 

You are structured and have experience in working independently towards strict deadlines. 

Further, you are a service-oriented team player with great communication skills and a solid intercultural sensitivity and adaptability - to successfully work with different countries and align different interests in an efficient way! 

For this role you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of other languages.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Some global travel will be required of this role.
