Storytel, a Swedish company founded in 2005, is both a digital platform provider as well as a comprehensive publishing group. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our Marketing Creative team with a Campaign Manager focusing mainly on the campaign production process for creative assets for paid media channels.

About the role

You will be part of our global Marketing Creatives team, a passionate team that is responsible to ensure that relevant campaign material is available for a wide range of marketing channels across our different markets. As a campaign manager, you are the link between our inhouse design team, agencies and local markets.

You are expected to have control over everything from production budgets to local needs linked to the media plans. We believe you have a great understanding of the production cycle, know how different formats work and that you have a good knowledge of different production techniques. On a daily basis, you’ll be coordinating the work between local markets and global agencies/commercial functions when it comes to marketing and media plans, campaign material and other initiatives to build the Storytel brand as well as attract new customers. Your main KPIs are growth-oriented, from driving intake to building the brand.

Your responsibilities:

- Operational responsibility for production plans
- Carrying through global productions (film, stills, animations, etc)
- Making sure that timelines and budgets are met
- Secure relevant asset lists for each project
- Main contact with agencies during the production process


Your profile

We believe that you are a person who takes initiative and has the ability to create structure in a role with many contacts, both internally and externally. You thrive in a high-paced environment where you work in an independent manner and your communication and presentation skills are excellent. You’re a team player, a problem solver, and a go-getter that pushes the project through - from start to finish.

To be successful in the role we believe that you have:

- 5+ years of experience from an advertising agency, in-house creative team, production company, or similar
- Experience from high-quality campaign production for various channels such as digital, TVC, OOH/DOOH & print
- Knowledge of campaign creation, e.g. brief, budget process, production, etc.
- A data-driven mindset, used to following up and act on the learnings
- Fluent English, spoken and written
