So what is the role about? 🌟
As a Global Campaign Manager you will join in a newly formed role. You will be responsible for owning the campaign planning strategy and delivery on a global scale.
Areas of responsibility:
- Brief and oversee the work of external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will be tasked with creating content
- Work within a budget and report on monthly overspend
- Ensure that our brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
- Deliver in-depth monthly reports of campaign results, including web analytics and evaluating KPI’s so that the regional marketing teams can use the data to continuously improve targeting
- Developing detailed campaign briefs through the alignment of regional and cross-functional teams, setting goals and approach through identifying and ideating compelling storylines
- Driving continual optimization through analysing campaign performance and asset success
- Measuring and tracking our marketing investment against key MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) KPI’s
- Utilising PR (and other supporting agencies) to drive content campaign success
Your team and manager 👨👩👧👦
In this role you’ll be joining our marketing team, reporting to the Global Content Director, Alice, who works in England. Biggest part of the team is based in Gothenburg, while you will have some colleagues in London and in Spain, so you will in that sence have an international team. The team consists of eight dedicated people, and will still be growing during 2022!

Since this role is new to Winningtemp you will be the one forming it. Therefor you will have to be eager to taking own iniative to understand what needs to be done, and do it. You will have a lot of contact with different people, both internally and externally, and you therefor are a natural when it comes to relationship-building. Since you have experience from a similar role, you know that you have to work organised in order to suceed in this position. You take responsibilty for everything you say you will do, and it is being done in time.
You have a minimum 5 years experience of managing global integrated marketing campaigns within the B2B SaaS environment. You have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and how to successfully manage agencies to create content relevant to each stage. You have a strong understanding of SEO and developing keyword specific content. You have experience working with Hubspot or other CRM (such as Salesforce, Zoho etc) and other analytical tools to measure campaign performance.
