Job Summary

Our team is responsible to drive automation & digital capability, WCM & standards globally. Our role is to proactively support our automation organization worldwide to deliver plant automation solutions to customers more efficiently, with world class capabilities and quality.
You now have a chance to be a member of the team as Global Capability Expert – Automation & Digital and drive capability build – up initiatives with the aim for us to be more efficient and with consistent quality in a global context.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund (Sweden), but other Tetra Pak locations could be considered. Some travel, approx. 10% is expected to support our global organisation.
What you will do
As our Global Capability Expert in Automation & Digital you will be part of a team with global experts, where you will have the possibility to combine your coaching, strategic and people management skills. In this senior role you will also learn more about the full value chain in automation from an idea to customer deliveries and how to prepare our global organization for world-class automation deliveries.
Drive our Strategic Workforce Planning in the Automation & Digital area across the company
Drive development, deployment and lifecycle our Tetra Pak PlantMaster Certification Program
Drive and participate in our Tetra Pak PlantMaster COTS activities towards our customers & system integrators
Drive & own the Career Path & Learning Program content for Automation in PS&E
You will be working closely with Project Centres, Automation & Digital regional teams, Business Streams, Development & Technology and our Services organisations
We believe you have
We believe that you are a proven expert with a coaching & strategic mindset, good people & organizational understanding and keen to drive capability build-up within the automation area in a global context. We value a strong and proven informal authority as well as a natural seniority. You keep yourself hyperaware of the external environment and new effective and efficient ways of working.
You have strong people management skills and a drive to co-operate with others to drive for results. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you like to succeed together with the team. Probably you have a background within the automation & digital area with a university degree in automation, IT/OT or similar.
To be successful in this position you have minimum 5 years of
experience from the automation & digital area or equivalent field. You also have recognised skills from working with people & organisations, preferable from a global organization.
You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language. Other languages are considered as a merit.
