Job description

* Sales & Marketing, such as various agencies, translations, advertising etc.
* Engineering Services
* Training Services
* Recruitment Services
* Temporary Labour (white- and blue collars)
* Other professional services, such as Quality & Environment, Accounting, Tax & Audit, Patent Agencies, etc.

Key tasks

* Execute multinational sourcing projects in close collaboration with local buyers and stakeholders, such as HR, local management teams or specific functions.
* Execute relatively complex sourcings of various service deliverables and outsourced services. A big part of the scope is various engineering services, but there is also a big variety of other services, which makes it both fun and challenging.
* Source a big variety of cases in the designated scope. Cases are distributed among team members in a flexible way work closely together to support the stakeholders in the business.
* In close collaboration with People Experience, facilitate Contingent Workforce Management by developing processes and help implement systems as needed to get a better control of cost, headcount and competences etc
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Challenge status quo on items such as near/off-shoring, hiring instead of buying, new delivery models etc.

Qualifications

Purchasing skills

* Experience from purchasing of services, preferably professional services and/or marketing, with focus on
* Sourcing
* Negotiations
* Contracting

General skills and personal profile

* Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate and drive change
* Very strong English, written and spoken.
* Project management skills
* Strong analytical skills
* The ability to manage a big set of reactive and proactive activities in a structured manner.
* Relevant academic education, such as a degree in finance, business, law or engineering
* Ability to work in a global environment, interacting with different cultures
