Do you have a passion for doing business and build partnership both internally and externally?

Tetra Laval Group Transport & Travel is responsible for sourcing and contracting of Tetra Laval logistics and travel volumes. We belong to Tetra Pak's Supplier Management organisation and today we handle a sizeable share of the global spend.

We are looking for a goal oriented and operational Category Buyer within Travel & HHG Moving Services to strengthening our team. You will belong to a dynamic team that drives sourcing and supplier base strategies. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders.

Your main targets will be to build strong supplier relations, achieve cost reduction and stakeholder satisfaction. You will be involved in an international network both within Tetra Laval and externally. The position is based in Lund and includes around 10% travelling.


Main responsibilities

-Cost reduction and consolidation of supplier base
-Contracting and negotiations
-Supplier Base Management
-Cost/spend analysis


Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great networking skills Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business. To build and maintain sucessful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority

You have a strong drive to reach the objectives within your areas of responsibility. Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.

Your professional background is within Supply Management. Experience within service management is seen as an advantage. We also value knowledge in project management, a structured approach and strong analytical skills. You probably have a university degree in a relevant area. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
