About the job

You’re a positive force of nature with a hands-on approach, and by being comfortable in a production environment, you have solid understanding for their daily work – and for how this can be improved by the tools you provide. This allows you to create a high level of trust and engagement when coaching colleagues during the implementation; building their capability to deliver further training to employees.
By taking an active part in the actual content setup of our Digital Transformation toolbox, you have a unique possibility to shape the future of our production and aiding our sites in finding tools that suit their business perfectly. As you’re a part of a global team consisting of program leaders, it’s important that you can adapt your skills and knowledge into different areas within supply.
This position is preferably located in Sandviken, while a flexible location is an option for the right candidate. Global travel is normally included in your job, although due to the pandemic situation, we’re currently even more digital than usual in our ways of working.
About you
It’s important that you have experience from working close to production to genuinely understand their challenges and possibilities, and you combine this with strong skills in change management and indirect leadership. In addition, it’s beneficial with experience from either purchasing or logistics. You also hold a M.Sc. in Engineering or Data Science, or the equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Since we act in a global setting, you need fluent skills in both written and verbal English, while skills in Swedish are nice to have.
We place great value on your personal qualities. You easily motivate and energize yourself and, by living as you learn, you influence others to take action on implementing change. By meeting different people on their own level, and by being a skilled communicator and problem-solver, you create relationships based on trust and respect. You use a humble approach when supporting and coaching colleagues and bring your analytical and structured skills to work things all the way through in a timely manner.
For us, it’s clear that diversity of experience, perspective and background leads to a successful business environment, and we’re looking forward to meeting you!
