Global Change Management Lead – Sales and Service (Remote)

Global Change Management Lead – Sales and Service (Remote)

Arbetsbeskrivning

Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP) is on a journey. As a relatively new Business Area (BA), we have already achieved stability and profitability, and we’re now in growth mode. As part of the growth journey, we are building the SRP Way – how we want to work with Sales and Service. Identifying our ways of working allows us to define processes and build a new Salesforce CRM supporting the organization at all levels. This is a global multi-year program, run by the BA Strategy function, and we’re just getting started!

We’re now looking for a structured, dynamic and truly international person, with strong interpersonal skills, to lead the global change management workstream. Is that you? Let’s move forward together!

Your mission
In this role, you lead the program’s change management workstream, creating engagement, excitement, and buy-in in the organization, as well as driving change and deploying our new ways of working globally. This entails planning, developing, and deploying communication and training at our BA’s headquarters, divisions and across our sales areas while understanding our commercial needs and ensuring business continuity. We offer you a fantastic opportunity to join our journey forward and strengthen our BA, make tangible global impact, and be part of a supportive cross-functional team.

The core team is based outside of Malmö, Sweden, however the position can be based anywhere, with a preference for the European time zone. International travel is part of the job. As a next step, we see this position transforming into a commercial excellence role either in the BA Strategy team or in one of our divisions.

Your character
We picture you as someone who has a commercial mindset, probably with experience of sales or service in an international setting. You’re self-reliant and enjoy interacting, communicating and influencing people at all levels across geographies and cultures. Previous experience of business transformation, commercial excellence and/or CRM is a plus. You’re comfortable communicating in verbal and written English and it’s a plus if you’ve got strong language skills in French, German, Spanish or Chinese.
