Polestar is now looking for passionate Channel Owner within Display & OLV, as a part of our Media & Digital Marketing Analytics team. Someone with the operational skills and knowledge, with a strategical and driven approach.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
Our Media, Digital Marketing, & Analytics (DIGMA) team are taking a long-term scope supporting our own global markets. We are therefore now looking for a Global Channel Owner, within Display & OLV, to replace one of our highly skilled consultants for a long-term employment.
This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg, Sweden. We understand that work-life balance isn’t easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.
What you’ll do
This position includes handling several markets with an overall responsibility of the platforms that are utilized for Display & OLV. It is the channel owner’s responsibility to set the strategy for the platform, with input from the team’s specialists.
Examples of your responsibilities and tasks:
- Ownership of the platforms (CM & DV, tracking, technical set up)
- Driving Display area forward - setting goals and driving key activities
- Budgeting - yearly budgets, accruals etc.
- Driving team forward - Knowledge sharing within team, syncs and teamwork
- New markets - onboarding and technical review
- Supplier responsible - Google & Dentsu
- Responsible for dialogues markets such as US, NL, DE, and more.
Who you are
The match we believe will succeed in this role have pondus to easily influence internal- and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to drive toward consensus. We believe that having a positive approach is key; you are curious to keep track of developments in the digital landscape and never stop looking for ways of applying new advancements to steadily better results.
The right match have:
- More than three years of work life experience in a similar position, working both operational as well as strategically
- Several years of experience in media or marketing research, using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, presenting the metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar media investment for large international businesses
