Global CLC Planning are now looking for a new team member. Are you a team player that enjoys working both at operational level with everyday tasks and on a tactical level making analysis and developing processes? Then you might be the one we are searching for!
Who is your future team?
We have seven Configuration and Logistics Centers, (CLCs) located around the world, and you will be situated at CLC1 in Lund. The team consists of ambitious and driven team members that everyday work to make a smarter, safer world a reality. Except from your colleagues in the team, you work cross functional across Axis Supply Chain and are in close contact with local planners at our CLCs.
What you'll do as Global CLC Planner:
As a Global CLC Planner you own the planning process for our CLCs, this means that you are in charge of communication with planners and other functions regarding planning, you also own the processes and make sure that we work in the best possible way both to Axis customers and for our Supply Chain. In this position you have an important role in the organization and are involved in many steps of the customer order planning process.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with the planning functions on our CLCs and also together with several other functions across organizational borders.
As a Global CLC Planner you will:
* Follow up customer orders so they follow our material availability and customers wanted date.
* Support and supervise CLC planners on what- and how our processes and workflows are.
* Identify and act on supply deviations and/or gaps.
* Escalate potential risks.
* Drive improvement activities for atomization in our ERP system (IFS).
* Contribute to process development projects with the team and cross-functional, within the company.
* Manage a diverse range of activities to ensure efficiency in our planning processes.
* Lead meetings and present information in larger groups.
The position requires 10-20 days of travelling per year.
Who are you?
We believe that you are an analytical person with a strong personal drive and problem-solving skills. You have a positive mindset and are for sure a team player but also thrive working independently, planning and managing your own activities. You have good organizational skills as well as ability to see both the details and the big picture - making the right priorities. You easily co-operate across organizational borders, build strong collaboration and relations with key stakeholders. To fit in this role, you have to be flexible and willing to try new solutions that benefit customer experience and service. We also believe that you are passionate about Supply Chain and that you wish to interact on a global level!
We'd love to hear that you have:
* Experience working in an ERP system, preferably IFS or similar.
* Experience from working in an international organization.
* Good general supply chain knowledge and understanding of order planning process.
* Very good English skills both written and verbally.
