We are looking for a Global Client Partner. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
TCS experience/knowledge is a merit
Job Purpose
This position is individual and key responsibilities are:
- Drives revenue / profit growth targets
- Creates and captures emerging business opportunities
- Plans for initiatives and actions to be taken up towards achieving cost optimization
- Ensures customer requirements met aiming to enhance CSI
- Monitors key metrics (utilization/onsite-offshore ratios/billing efficiency etc)
Managerial Responsibilities
Managerial position and which have entire onsite team reporting to Client Partner - current size of 70 associate.
Key Skills
Relationship management, Negotiation skills, Business Acumen.
It is Relationship building role which includes negotiation skills, good communication, assertive. Person should have people management skill as need to lead TCS team also.
Other Responsibilities
Responsible for Revenue growth and targets of the account
