Job Description
As a Global Commercial Manager at H&M Beauty you will drive growth, profitability, and customer values through setting the strategy to optimize our customer offer together with the Beauty team. You will lead the commercial agenda including commercial planning, commercial kick offs and reviews together with your team and other stakeholders within Beauty. You report to the H&M Beauty Global Head of Omni Sales and will lead the physical store commercial team consisting of global merchandisers, visual merchandisers and store operations manager. You are a strong leader where you coach and enable self-ownership, development and engagement in the team.
You are strategic and can prioritize what makes the difference. You drive the Beauty store customer experience with a growth mindset. You can present analysis done with the team in a simple way and enjoy working cross functionally with external and internal stakeholders. You have a strategic and holistic perspective and makes things happen through others, at the same time you have a hands-on operational approach and are not afraid to “role up your sleeves”.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Elevate the H&M Beauty's customer centricity and find growth potential by setting the commercial strategy together with the Beauty team
Enable inspiring and guiding presentation of the Beauty customer offer in physical stores together your team
Drive the commercial agenda for the Beauty expansion and store tests projects together with your team
Drive and implement large- and small-scale store projects, both commercial and operational
Secure clear plans, communication and feedback loops with the regions to enable them to succeed with execution
Set structures and new ways of working together with your team to enable strong execution
Build a strong collaboration network, commitment and alignment with private and external label brands, regions, global functions as well as within the BU.
Lead, coach and enable self-leadership and ownership within the team consisting of Global store merchandisers, Global store visual merchandisers & Store operations manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong commercial mindset and a customer centric approach. You are confident in leading various and cross functional projects simultaneously and you promote a growth mindset and dare to break new grounds. Also, you have excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to deliver key massages in a clear way. In addition, you get inspired in your everyday work by the H&M culture and values and it feels natural for you to act as an ambassador for H&M Beauty.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has minimum 4 years of experience within fashion and/or Beauty retail
Experienced leader with proven track record of the ability to engage and empower others to turn strategy into reality
Experience from setting global/regional/sales market guidelines and strategies
Experience from one or several of: Global/ Regional and Sales Market: Merchandising, visual merchandising, sales and operations, as a leader
Experience from working with Beauty is a plus but not a must.
Additional information
The assignment is a full time 1 year – 1,5-year temporary position based in Stockholm, to start in December (or as soon as possible) You’ll be located at the H&M Beauty head office, Jakobsbergsgatan in central of Stockholm.
