Job Description


Are you ready to take a leading role in creating our customer offer & experience for H&Ms biggest customer group in all digital and physical touchpoints worldwide? Do you have a passion for customer growth strategies, commercial strategy and commercial execution? We are now looking for a star to take on a new role within the Womenswear Business Unit as Global Commercial Operations Manager within our new function Customer Experience (CX).
As Global Commercial Operations Manager you will drive growth, profitability and customer values for Womenswear through setting strategies to optimize the customer offer and experience in all physical and digital touch points. You will lead commercial operations within the BU CX function including e.g. commercial planning, commercial kick-offs, commercial reviews together with your team and other stakeholders in the BU. In this role you will also have the responsibility over and lead the commercial operations team within the business unit consisting of global merchandisers for physical and digital channels as well as visual merchandisers for digital channels. You will lead through catalyst leadership, creating strong ownership and motivation in the team, as well as you will create excellent presentation decks, present analysis done with the team with a keep it simple communication and facilitate meetings to get colleagues engaged in opportunities.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Elevate our outside-in perspective and customer centricity through finding growth potential in customer behavior, data and analytics as the foundation for all decision making.
Build 360 strategies through connecting the dots together with a wide collaboration network within the BU, with Regions and with global Functions.
Enable an inspiring and guiding presentation of our customer offer in physical and digital stores together with your team and with the store visual team.
Secure clear plans, communication and feedback loops with Regions to enable them to succeed with execution.
Set structures & tools together with your team to enable executional excellence.
Streamline ways of working between channels where it makes sense and strengthen channel specifics where needed.
Build a strong collaboration network and alignment with Regions, global Functions as well as within the BU.
Have a strong collaboration with the Marketing function within the BU to secure that commercial strategies, planning and content execution is connected to Brand development and Womenswear 3 years business plan.





Qualifications


As a person you are a connector and collaborator where you have the ability to connect with all types of people, build business acumen and know how to navigate in a complex global organization. You are structured and planning comes naturally for you, as well as you ensure that your team and stakeholders deliver on set deadlines. You’re also a catalyst leader with high energy and drive, where you are able to engage and activate people. To be successful in this role, we also believe that you are very strategic and know how to prioritize what will make the biggest difference, as well as you have a strong fashion interest, commercial eye and a strong customer mindset.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within fashion retail
Experienced leader with proven track record from leading operational teams within global fashion retail.
Experience from one or several of: tech/digital development/e-com/region/market merchandising/supply chain/store sales & operations.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to deliver key messages in a clear way.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
